Carla Palffy is a licensed professional counselor with over five years experience as an undergraduate academic advisor and adjunct professor at Wayne State University. As a Michigan licensed school counselor, Carla has worked in the Grosse Pointe Public School system in the middle school and high school counseling offices over the past five years.  Carla is currently a middle school counselor at Parcells Middle School in Grosse Pointe Woods.

John Palffy, MBA
Mr. Palffy has an MBA in finance from the University of Michigan, AB in Economics and History from Kenyon College and has completed coursework towards a MA in Economics at George Mason University Washington. Mr. Palffy teaches Economics and Finance at Wayne State Graduate School of Business and Walsh College and is a private Business and Capital consultant. Mr. Palffy has been recognized for his writing skills and has published over 100 articles and policy papers in major national newspapers, for Washington Think Tanks and in the Congressional Record and has been an integral part of the college search process for his three daughters as well as College Prep clients. Mr. Palffy's focus in College Prep is in assisting with the college search and developing a strong written resume and essays for the college candidate.

Dr. Matthew Lonam
(Ph.D., in Higher Education, University of Missouri - Columbia, 1999) , and Dr. Charles Cabell (Ph.D. Harvard University, 1999) has broad experience working with college and unversity admissiions for both undergraduate and graduate program. Dr. Lonam has more then 10 years experience advising college students as Dean of Mountain State University and is a frequent speaker speaker at college recruiting events for high school students.
